Nazem Kadri is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre currently with the Colorado Avalanche. Born in London, Ontario, to Lebanese immigrant parents, he was drafted 7th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2009 NHL Entry Draft, later played for Calgary Flames, and returned to Colorado where he won the Stanley Cup in 2022 as the first Muslim player to do so.
